About Us
Capital Athletics is the govening body for athletics in the Australian Capital Territory and surrounding region of New South Wales, providing opportunities, facilities and the support structures to enable athletics to be the lifelong sport of choice for all.
Capital Athletics was formed via a formal vote of Little Athletics ACT and Athletics ACT in August 2023. Capital Athletics is a member association affiliated with both Little Athletics Australia and Athletics Australia.
We carry forward the proud history and traditions of both organisations with us and look forward to moving into the bright future that Athletics has leading into the 2032 Brisbane Olympics.
