Not only can we help run your events more smoothly and efficiently with the use of technology and experienced personnel, we can also potentially save you money by reducing the need for your school to engage temporary relief teachers.

Equipment & Resources

Athletics in the ACT can take care of everything for a school wanting to hold their athletics carnival at the Woden Park Track and Field (T&F) Facility in Phillip. AACT can book the facility on behalf of the school through ACTIVE Canberra and has equipment available at the facility for schools to hire. 

Athletics in the ACT also has equipment available for hire at the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) T&F Facility and has accredited officials available to assist schools on the day of the school carnival.

To make a request for Athletics in the ACT to assist with the organisation of your school athletics carnival at the Woden or AIS T&F Facilities please complete a booking request form available below. Athletics in the ACT will be in contact with you within the week to confirm the details and costings for your request. Please note that all requests must be made at least one month prior to your school carnival.
