This is the nomination page for those athletes who wish to be considered for selection to the Athletics ACT Team who will compete at the 2024 Australian Athletics Championships SA Athletics Stadium between Thursday 11th - Friday 19th April.

Athletes nominate for the events under their own age group (Under 13, Under 14, Under 15, Under 16, Under 17, Under 18, Under 20 and Opens) with the age determined as at 31 December 2024,

If selected in the Athletics ACT team, the athlete will be responsible for all transport to and from Adelaide and their own accommodation.  A Team Administration levy plus an event entry fee of $46.00 per event will be required to be paid. The Team Administration levy will cover the transport and accommodation costs of the team mananagement group, including a team physiotherapist.

The Athletics ACT Selectors will meet and determine the final selections in the week immediately following the close of nominations. 

Unable to compete due to injury or illness?

If you are unable to compete at the 2024 Capital Athletics Championships but still wish to be considered for selection please complete the online nomination process and email participation@capitalathletics.au providing details for exceptional circumstances (i.e. relevant documentation - doctors certificate, physiotherapy/specialist report).
