AACT Emerging Athlete Program - Athletics ACT athlete pathway
Athlete Selection Criteria
- Eligible athletes must have been born in either 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008;
- Have shown performance improvement across the course of the 2021/22 season;
- Have competed at either the Athletics ACT Championships or the LAACT State Championships, or be able to provide an appropriate medical certificate;
- Be a registered financial member of Athletics ACT for the 2021/22 season, and;
- Remain in good standing with your club, AACT and AA.
Application Process
Athletes will be required to submit an application by clicking the nominate button above, detailing;
- Current personal best performances;
- Details about yourself as an athlete, and your overall experience with Athletics, and;
- Details about why you would like to be selected for the ACT EAP.
**ACT EAP is an all-inclusive program and Para athletes are strongly encouraged to apply.**
