Contact the office before 5pm that business day if you have trouble registering, if this contact is not made you will have to complete an on-day entry form, with the on-day entry fee.

Athletes are not required to check in for their event, please make sure you are ready at least 15min before the strat time of your event.

Due to the limitations of the current athlete registration system, athlete registrations must be manually transferred to the On-Line entry system. This will be done as at 4:00pm each standard business day (ie Monday to Friday).  Athletes who complete their registration after 4:00pm will not be able to use the On-Line Meet entry system until after 4:00pm of the following business day.
