This is your chance to learn more about and develop your athletic skills for the upcoming season or to "come and try" Little Athletics and learn new skills. 

SENIOR CLINIC - U10-U17: Athletes Choose 1 Event Group per session

• Group Warm Up 9:15am - 9:30am 
• Session 1 - 9:30am to 10:20am (Long Jump, Hurdles, Shot Put)
• Session 2 - 10:40am to 11:30am (Sprints, High Jump, Discus)
• Group Relay activtiy - 11:30am
• Group cool down/ Streatches - 11:50pm

JUNIOR CLINIC - U6-U9:  Athletes Choose 1 Event Group per session 

U9s and above only for Hurdles and High Jump*

• Group Warm Up 9:15am - 9:30am 
• Session 1 - 9:30am to 10:20am (Long Jump, Hurdles (U9s and above), Shot Put)
• Session 2 - 10:40am to 11:30am (Sprints, High Jump (U9&10), Discus)
• Group Relay activtiy - 11:30am
• Group cool down/ Streatches - 11:50pm
