The 6th Summer Series meet of the 2022-23 season is being held on the 19th November 2022 with the first event commencing at 4:15pm. The venue is the Woden Park Athletics Track.  This is a State Permit meet.  This Meet is the Walking Clinic North V South Challenge with the North/South split based on the location of the Club/Centre.  Non Dual Registered Little Athletes can enter as long as they are 10 years or older as at 31 December 2022.

On-Line Entry


Single Meet Entry

Athletes can purchase entry to single meets which will cost $9.90 per meet and which is for unlimited events. This fee is payable at the time of event registration.

Due to the limitations of the current athlete registration system, athlete registrations must be manually transferred to the On-Line entry system. This will be done as at 4:00pm each standard business day (ie Monday to Friday).  Athletes who complete their registration after 4:00pm will not be able to use the On-Line Meet entry system until after 4:00pm of the following business day.

On-Day Entry

On-Day entry for this Meet with the On-Day entry fee set at $20.90.  Payment can be made by cash or EFTPOS (Visa or Mastercard only).  On-Day entries close 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the event.  The On-Day entry form will be available by this link shortly.

North and South competition singlets are available to pre-order and keep.  The price is $35.00 per singlet.  Click the relevant link below to place an order for the shirt.

Note: Singlet purchase IS NOT a requirement of event participation. Athletes who do not purchase a singlet will collect an appropriately sized singlet at event check-in, and return their singlet at the conclusion of the event.

Eligibility

All athletes must be registered members of Athletics ACT, Little Athletics ACT or an athletics body affiliated with Athletics Australia.

The minimum age to compete in this Summer Series meet is 10 years of age (as at 31st December 2022)

If you are a registered athlete, please ensure that you have selected the correct:

AACT Club (must have turned 10 before 31 December 2022);
LAACT Centre; or
if a non AACT athlete, the correct State/Territory/Country.


Entry Process

Please note:  1 or more events may have entries closed off prior to the published close of entries if the number of entries taken for an event is determined to be excessive

When entering events, please ensure that you enter the seed performance relevant to the event being entered.  Please take careful note of the seed performance format.  All track events of 400 metres or more use a format of mm:ss.dd (eg '2:36.23' or 12:26.23').  If you do not use a valid seed performance format, the performance you have entered will be rejected on import to Meet Manager and, instead, it will be shown as 'NT' (ie No Time).

If you have a WPA classification, please enter it against the relevant question in the format "TxxFxx".

All AACT Meets are conducted in accordance with the current AACT Rules of Competition.
