2024 Coles Australian Little Athletics Championships

The ALAC (Australian Little Athletics Championships) is an annual two-day event hosted by each State or Territory on a rotational basis. All states and territories, apart from the Northern Territory, are represented at the championships.

Capital Athletics participates in the U/13 teams Championship and the U/15 Combined Event Championships

Selection in the Little Athletics ACT Team – is considered a great honour and a major highlight of Little Athletics involvement. 

Please Note:

  • It is compulsory for all team members to attend all scheduled team activities.
  • A parent/guardian of each team member is required to attend a Team Introductory Session with their son/daughter. 

2024 ALAC Structure & Expansion

The 2024 Coles Little Athletics Championships – ALAC are to be held on Friday 26th - Sunday 28th April 2024 at SA Athletics Stadium, Adelaide, South Australia.

Friday 26th April:  Track Familiarisation and Teams Welcome – 2.00pm - 4.00pm

Saturday 27th April: Opening Ceremony from 8.30am, Competition – 9.30am - 5.30pm

Sunday 28th April: Competition – 9.00am - 4.30pm, Closing Ceremony - 4.45pm - 5.30pm
