The AACT & ANSW 2021-22 Combined Events Championships will be held at the Woden Park Athletics Field over the weekend 15-16 January 2022.

For registered Athletics ACT and ACT Masters athletes (including Dual Registered athletes), please login to your account before starting to register for this event.

ANSW registered athletes are to enter through the ANSW entry portal - click here to access that entry portal


Note:  Due to the number of on-line entries received, there will be no on-day entry for the the following Individual Events:

  • Long Jump
  • High Jump
  • Discus
  • Hammer

 

Please note that the age determination date for non Masters athletes will be 31 December 2022.  This means that athletes born in the years 2002, 2004, 2006 or 2008 will be now competing in the next age group - eg an athlete born in 2006 competed in the Under 16 age group for all competitions held prior to 31 December 2021 but will now compete in the Under 18 age group for all competitions held on or after 1 January 2022. The age determination date for athletes competing the the Masters events is the first day of the competition.

Under 18 Girls Heptathlon (IAAF FAT Points Score)  
Under 20 Women Heptathlon (IAAF FAT Points Score)  
Open Women Heptathlon (IAAF FAT Points Score) - Max age 69 years  
Masters Women Heptathlon (IAAF FAT Points Score)  

Mens
 

  Under 14 Boys Pentathlon (Alberta Youth Points Score)
  Under 16 Boys Heptathlon (Alberta Youth Points Score)
  Under 18 Boys Decathlon (IAAF FAT Points Score)
  Under 20 Men Decathlon (IAAF FAT Points Score)
  Open Men Decathlon (IAAF FAT Points Score) - Max age 69 years
  Masters Decathlon (IAAF FAT Points Score)

Masters Invitational Events (to be held over 1 day)

Womens Pentathlon: 100m, Shot Put, Long Jump, Javelin, 800m    
Mens Pentathlon: Long Jump, Javelin Throw, 200m, Discus Throw, 1500m    

 LAACT Under 15 Heptathlon - ALAC Program
(to be held over 2 days)

Girls: Day 1: 90mH; Shot Put, High Jump; 200m; Day 2: Long Jump; Javelin; 800m

Boys: Day 1: 100mH; Discus; 100m; Long Jump; Day 2: Javelin; High Jump; 800m  

If athletes need their points converted to another point score system, they are responsible to undertake this themselves using the actual event performances as notified/published.

The Entry fee is $35.00.  Entry is by on-line entry only - there are no On-Day or late entries to the Combined Events Championships.  Entries close at 9:00pm on Wednesday 12th January 2022.

Athletes may elect to compete up one (1) age group only ie an Under 16 age group athlete may compete in the U18 age group combined event but not in the Under 20 or Open age group combined event.

Athletes must sign on at least 45 minutes before their first event at the start of each day of competition.

There is also a full range of Individual Events on offer but these must be entered using a seperate event entry portal (see the AACT website).
